These soy nuggets - when cooked in the oven, NEVER in a microwave - are decent, at best. They are edible, even to meat eaters. I just don't think they're that enjoyable. These would be great little things to eat if one were on a diet, and wasn't enjoying much food anyway. These were the first things I tried when I decided to stop eating meat - and they made the transition really easy. The nuggets have a great consistency (similar to actual chicken nuggets) and are extremely tasty. The breading is simple and light as well. Of all the vegetarian nuggets, these are my favorite because they aren't greasy, are easy to make (microwave, oven), and the best calorie-wise. I've gotten a couple of my friends hooked on these and all it took was a taste.
