More than ten years ago when I was a sophomore in college, I studied abroad in Spain. It was probably one of the best and one of the hardest years of my life - having lived in the United States my whole life, it was a cultural shock to be immersed in all things Spanish. The intensity of having to live, breathe and eat Spain was overwhelming, but at the same time exhilarating. It was also one of the most interesting culinary experiences of my life.What did you think of this review?
