A mild salsa sold under the Trader Joe's brand.

I've lately been on a chipotle kick. If you've never had chipotle hot sauce or salsa, it's a smokey sweet flavor that is fantastic in Mexican or Southwestern foods - perfect for burritos, tacos or soup. A few months ago while browsing Trader Joe's we ran across their Garlic Chipotle Salsa and loved it. In my opinion, it's the best chipotle salsa they carry (I think they carry one or two others as well).
What do you get?
Trader Joe's Garlic Chipotle Salsa comes in a standard sized 16-oz. glass container and costs about $2.99/jar. It owes its roasted flavor to roasted tomatoes, roasted onion and roasted garlic, and it contains chipotle peppers and morita chile pepper.
Pros
Aside from the great smokey flavor and mild kick, it is not only vegan, but also gluten-free and fat-free. It is also low in sugar (less than 1g). It's perfect for dipping, but I also recently discovered that it lends a southwestern flavor to lentil soup.
Cons
For me personally, there are no real cons to this salsa. Some people feel that it is too vinegary or watered down, but since I love vinegar I have no problems with it if there is indeed "too much" in there.
Have you tried this salsa? If not, do you recommend another?
