Daiya is one of the best vegan cheeses out there right now, no question. It's reasonably priced, soy free, tastes delicious, and melts wonderfully!

Ooh, I'll have to look out for this at the local health food store. Does it make good nachos and pizza?

So good! Whole Foods carries it, if you can't find it at your local health food shop. They make shreds and blocks, but the blocks aren't available everywhere yet. I'm impatiently waiting for them to distribute the blocks to the southeast!
