Earthquake 8.8 magnitude hits Chile on Feb. 27

I haven't planned on writing a review on Chile although I've visited this country at a time when most in North America stayed clear of traveling anywhere in its war against terrorism back then in 2003. Life again reminds us that it's not always going the way as one plans it!
