What's on my Sky+ Planner...

  • Oct 25, 2009

Over here we don't have 'Tivo' we have 'Sky+', so here's what's on my planner right now! (Sun 25/10/09)
1
BMX
I watch this show for the cute boys... Just kidding. I do like all the tricks, and my brother does stuff like that too!
2
Antony Gormley's One & Other
If you don't know about artist Antony Gormley's project then either wikipedia it or visit the website here and find out all about it. My mum took part in it and was on the plinth at 11pm on Tuesday the 28th of July (in week four), you can watch her back here (she's on a minute into this video). There was a show about the plinth commenting on the "plinthers"of the week, which I made sure was recorded every Friday.
3
Emma
This was a four-part adaptation of Jane Austin's classic book, Emma. It was aired back at the beginning of October and I just haven't got round to watching it yet!
4
Chuck Logo
Being one of the only fictional series I follow, Chuck is a recurring show in my Sky+ planner.
5
Project Runway
Over here Project Runway is aired on a Wednesday night and I'm part of an orchestra that practices Wednesday evenings, and so I record this show every week.
6
The Simpsons
There is ALWAYS at least one episode of Simpsons on my Sky+ planner - this week it's the new episode, 'Four Great Women & A Manicure' - the one where Maggie talks!
7
Biggest Loser Australia
I watch this purely because I'm a sucker for reality competition shows!
8
Title Screen for British soap, Eastenders
My favourite soap at the moment! I don't dare miss an episode so I record them all just in case - haha!
9
Title screen for Strictly Come Dancing
Strictly is the most watched show in Britain, and the format has been exported to thirty different countries around the world (including the USA's 'Dancing with the Stars') - always a firm favourite in my house!
10
Ace of Cakes
Like I said in my Top Ten Favourite TV Shows list, I watch this with my mum every week! I love it!
11
Title screen for British hospital drama, Casualty
Like Ace of Cakes, the main culprit for this being on my planner is my mum.
